Tavis is a training and education consultant specialising in adult learning, sex, gender and cross-cultural psychology. Tavis is currently a PhD candidate at Brunel University where he is completing his thesis, Cultures of Shame: Assessing the influence of Cultural Values on Internalised Homonegativity among Gay Men across Cultures.  

Tavis is available for speaking and training on LGBTQ psychology, equality & diversity, cross-cultural psychology and quantitative research methods.
